Prior to setting up VentureBoost, Sangeeta worked in several foreign missions in India and UAE for over 20 years. Her role involved commercial advisory to foreign companies exploring expansion in the Middle East and South Asia market. This was through setting up of new establishments, joint ventures, market research or simply by locating reliable dealers and agents. The Consular side of her role largely involved issuance of passports, visas, Citizenships/Residencies along with other auxiliary services. In her last role, Sangeeta was Manager at one of the missions handling a large portfolio of tasks independently.
She, eventually, decided to put all her knowledge and experience to use in assisting companies, globally this time, looking for similar assistance and more.

Ajay Tyagi, Partner of a boutique law firm, has worked in several jurisdictions, Ajay has successfully structured and executed transactions pertaining to establishing startup businesses in India (domestic and international). Besides structuring and executing transactions, Ajay also specializes in competition law, arbitration, and legal audit and compliances of the complex Indian ecosystem.
Formerly worked as General Counsel of Vipul Limited (heading legal and commercial departments), a leading publicly listed infrastructure & real estate. Ajay successfully set up private equity funds for investments in infrastructure and real estate market of India.
Registered as practicing Advocate under provisions of The Advocates Act, 1961, India and is also licensed as Foreign Legal Consultant in the State of New York (under provisions of Part 521 Rules of the Court of Appeals for the Licensing of Legal Consultants). Presently is a member of The Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Associations, New York City Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Has delivered lectures on business laws and legal environment for doing business in India to M.B.A. students in India (2009 – 2010).
